This hassle-free warranty provides expert repairs at a certified repair facility at no cost to you. Cosmetic damage and abuse are not covered.

One-Year Limited Warranty Terms and Condition
Kenna's One-Year Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is effective for one calendar year from the purchase date. The Warranty covers any product related problems resulting from defective materials or workmanship. Damage caused by abuse of the product and/or purely cosmetic damage are not covered under this Warranty.

The customer's responsibility is to contact Kenna's Customer Service department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on shipping the product to a certified repair facility. The customer will not be charged for shipping to or from our repair facility.

If it is determined, at the repair facility, that the damage is not covered under the terms of this Warranty, we will provide an estimate for repair costs.

In order to validate the term of the Warranty, our customer service representatives will search our registration database for confirmation. We recommend all customers register their products within 21 days of purchase on our website to facilitate repair work. If the product wasn't registered on our site, then the receipt or proof of purchase must be available to validate the Warranty coverage.
